Before starting a return, please ensure:
- You’re within the 15-day return window from your delivery date
- Items are in original condition with tags attached
- You have your original order number

4 Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to our address. We recommend:

Non-Returnable Items

- Wigs (both Men’s Wigs and Women’s Wigs) – for hygiene reasons
- Costumes & Accessories that show signs of wear, makeup, or alteration
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final sale items from our SALE section (clearly marked at purchase)
Exchange Policy
We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
